Football Coaching Opportunity – Propel Braddock Hills High School (26-27 Season)
About The Position
Propel Schools is seeking Football Coaching Talent for the upcoming season at Propel Braddock Hills High School. This posting is intended to identify and connect with candidates interested in supporting the football program in various coaching capacities. As we continue to finalize program structure and coaching assignments, we are looking to build a pool of qualified and interested candidates. Selected candidates will be contacted as roles are defined and needs become clearer leading into the season. Successful candidates will have: Prior football coaching experience at high-school, youth or college level Strong knowledge of football fundamentals, rules, strategies, and player development Ability to support student-athlete growth on and off the field Strong communication and relationship-building skills with student-athletes, families, and staff High level of organization, accountability, and reliability Willingness to collaborate with the head coach and athletic leadership Commitment to fostering a positive, competitive, and development-focused team culture Alignment with Propel Schools’ mission and values
Requirements
- Prior football coaching experience at high-school, youth or college level
- Strong knowledge of football fundamentals, rules, strategies, and player development
- Ability to support student-athlete growth on and off the field

- Act 34 Criminal Clearance
- Act 114 FBI Clearance
- Act 151 Child Abuse Clearance
- Mandated Reporter Training
Responsibilities
- Assisting with planning and execution of practices and games
- Supporting skill development and conditioning of student-athletes
- Assisting with team operations, supervision, and communication
- Promoting academic accountability and positive behavior among athletes
- Supporting program development and team culture
