Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of food service experience
At least 2 years of food safety inspection or auditing experience preferred
Working knowledge of food safety regulations, including the FDA Food Code
ServSafe certification required
CP‑FS credential preferred
OSHA 10‑Hour Certification preferred
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, including in time‑sensitive situations
Well‑organized and detail‑oriented, with strong planning and follow‑through skills
Ability to work independently while demonstrating initiative, sound judgment, and effective problem‑solving skills

Responsibilities

Support the promotion, implementation, monitoring, and verification of food and workplace safety and Quality Assurance (QA) reporting standards
Provide clear, constructive written feedback to unit managers and culinary teams regarding observations and opportunities for improvement
Partner with managers to identify and address safety and QA challenges and support effective resolution of issues as they arise
Collaborate with clients, senior leadership, unit management, and culinary teams on all safety and QA‑related matters
Participate in back‑of‑house inspections and external audits
Train team members on food and workplace safety and QA policies and procedures, ensuring accurate documentation and records are maintained
Perform other related responsibilities as needed
