About The Position
We are hiring a Food Truck Technician to join Ayah Delights , our dessert and beverage-focused food truck located next to the BackpackBoyz Cannabis Dispensary. This role focuses on preparing dessert items and specialty beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace in a fast-paced environment. Our team values reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude-especially during busy service times and events. Requirements
- Arizona Food Handler's Card (required) OR ability to obtain one prior to start date
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and events
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability
Nice To Haves
- Previous food service or beverage experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve dessert items and beverages according to company standards
- Assist with food prep, stocking, and organization
- Take customer orders and process payments through POS
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
- Support daily setup, service, and closing procedures
