About The Position
Lago East Bank is looking to expand our Food Truck staff. Please apply if you enjoy an active, fun, high volume environment! Must have management experience.
Requirements
- Drive a truck and trailer with a clean driving history
- Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment including ovens, fryers, hot boxes and more.
- Operate a generator
- Must have management experience.
Responsibilities
- Handling the end of day closeouts for all sales reports and money.
- Oversee 2-3 other staff at a time.
- May include product pickup and drop off and cleaning of equipment and truck.
