Responsibilities: Provides beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products. Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes, customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients, or substituted ingredients. Mains a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and product as needed. Delivers quality customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer. Discovers and responds to customer needs. Follows operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift. Recognizes and reinforces individual and team accomplishments by using existing organizational methods. Mains regular and punctual attendance. Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication. Available to perform many different tasks during each shift. Mains high levels of sanitation of all equipment by adhering to department policies and procedures, Health Dept. codes and J.C.A.H.O. regulations. Contributes to a positive working environment and promotes teamwork by taking initiative to improve overall quality and exceed customer expectations. Mains clear communication channels and constructive, sensitive relationships with coworkers, supervisors, patients, customers, parents and all hospital staff. Qualifications: Years of Experience: 6 months experience in a similar position Language Skills: Proficient in English both verbally and written Education Requirements: High school diploma/GED Requirements: Work occasionally requires contact with patients and/or visitors, which involves courtesy. Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission. Mains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team. Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues. Vaccination required for employment Physical Requirements: Frequently lifts and carries objects weighing up to 10 pounds. Regularly stoops and bends. Regularly reaches and grasps objects at, above and below shoulder level. Regularly grasps and performs fine manipulation with hands. Regularly proofreads and checks documents for accuracy. Regularly inputs/retrieves words or data into or from an automated/computer system.
