Food Services Supervisor
About The Position
The Nutrition and Food Service Supervisor at Methodist Hospital is responsible for overseeing the activities of their direct and indirect reports within the Nutrition and Food Services Call Center, Kitchen, and Cafeteria. The primary objective is to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service and food products to patients, visitors, and staff. This role encompasses various management duties, including hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, evaluating, and disciplining staff. Additionally, the supervisor is tasked with overseeing daily operations, maintaining safety standards, leading continuous improvement projects, and ensuring compliance with HealthPartners and other relevant regulatory agency standards.
Requirements
- Experience in a hospital nutrition department call center
- Two years’ experience in a foodservice operation
