About The Position

Woodside Bible Church is seeking a reliable and service-oriented Food Services Coordinator to join our Troy Campus team. This 29 hour per week role supports campus, all-staff, and special events by assisting with meal planning, food preparation, kitchen operations, and hospitality logistics.

The ideal candidate enjoys working behind the scenes to create welcoming environments and excellent event experiences through safe, organized, and efficient food service.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• State food safety certification with minimum 2 years of food preparation experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures
• Good verbal communication skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility/work-order systems
• Active membership at Woodside Bible Church is required or must be obtained within an agreed-upon timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and service for campus and special events
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and supplies
• Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations
• Order and receive food and supply deliveries
• Manage kitchen requests through FMX
• Oversee linen coordination and assist with event logistics
• Support and coordinate volunteers as needed
• Assist with basic inventory tracking and journal entries
