Hours of Job Part Time - approximately 20 hours per week 1st and 2nd shift hours Every Other Weekend and Holiday Rotation Required Duties and Key Responsibilities Plans daily activities (and/or assists co-workers, as needed) to ensure appropriate and timely service and clean-up of meals. Portions/serves food neatly and attractively. Maintains established portion control when portioning/serving foods. Covers, labels, and dates all opened, prepped, or leftover food items placed in storage. Efficiently assembles patients' trays according to established procedure; assists with assembling late trays; efficiently serves cafeteria customers. Transports patient tray conveyors to patient units in absence of volunteers.
