Deep cleaning Adhering to par-lists of food and paper goods Filling out order for food and paper goods Stocking using FIFO method Run dish-washer Pull dishes and put away Fill out opening and closing check-lists Wash hands often Change gloves often Clock in and out at correct time for shift. Dish Room: read/write/verbal communication operate commercial dish machine handle soiled dishes according to sanitary standards follow hospital rules regarding privacy when come in contact with items with patient names, date of birth,room # etc. deep cleaning washing/pulling/putting away dishes recording temperature of dish-machine fill out cleaning lists (chore list) keep track of cleaning item par list place order with supervisor for cleaning items pick up caters for caterer when asked stay caught up with dishes. wash hands often change gloves often clock in and out at correct time for shift
