About The Position

This position is key to the smooth operation of food service in the Red Sage. The Food service worker will operate the cash register, stock products, take orders, and assist teammates, all with a smile!

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Washington State Food Handler’s Card within 30 days of hire.
• Work cooperatively with nutrition staff, staff and customers.
• Accept assigned duties in a cooperative manner.
• Assume accountability for own actions.
• Participate in departmental meetings.
• Participate in weekly, monthly, and biannual cleaning projects.

Responsibilities

• Helps customers order meals and other items.
• Serves meals to customers with a smile.
• Communicates with cook staff to make sure food is properly prepared.
• Helps out in other areas of the department as needed or assigned.
