About The Position
Responsibilities Valley Health Specialty Hospital is the first orthopedic surgery and inpatient rehabilitation facility in the Las Vegas area. The Valley Health Specialty Hospital is the first of its kind to offer both specialty orthopedics and inpatient rehab in one location. Job Description: Responsible for preparation of patient trays and accurate setup and delivery of patient meals to ensure quality service to patient for optimum health.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in the English language.
- Knowledge of proper food preparation, handling and storage required.
- Current Southern Nevada Health District Food Handler Safety Training Card.
- Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
- Ability to work and cooperate with members of hospital staff.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience preferred.
