Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a talented and dynamic Food service worker for the Dietary Department - (PRN). A dietary aide is responsible for effectively operating food preparation equipment, assembling food items, taking and recording temperatures, along with ensuring stock and inventory control. Performs duties in accordance with the MSHD and JCAHO standards and follows facility sanitary guidelines. Participates in special food service events including orientation and holiday celebrations. The performance of physical food service operating procedures to ensure a food safe, balanced, and appealing health care dietary environment and all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate Degree preferred and two years of experience in the mental health field (psychiatric/inpatient or outpatient setting).
