The Food Service Supervisor is responsible for living out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client. This role involves ensuring the assigned location or zone is adequately stocked, prepped, and staffed for daily operation, overseeing operational duties to meet and excel quick service, food service, safety, quality, availability, merchandising, and guest service standards. The supervisor supports daily prep and item lists, actively assists operations, assigns duties to associates, coaches them, and responds to guest feedback. They must be familiar with intermediate food and beverage knowledge, maintain organizational upkeep of storage areas, and ensure communication across the team. The role also involves controlling waste, maintaining product consistency, planning for the next day's staffing and prep, implementing merchandising, and monitoring production of various food items. Additionally, the supervisor supports personnel duties including training, performance reviews, break management, equipment inspection, and assisting the team to complete tasks in a timely manner. They must remain knowledgeable of and supervise in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, perform other necessary tasks, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while upholding company policies and procedures.
