The Food Service Supervisor is responsible for ensuring their assigned location or zone is adequately stocked, prepped, and staffed for daily operation. This role oversees operational duties, ensuring quick service, food safety, quality, and guest service standards are met. The supervisor supports daily prep, delegates tasks to employees, responds to guest feedback, and maintains cleanliness and organizational upkeep of all outlets within their zone. They are also involved in personnel duties such as training, coaching, and managing breaks.
