The Food Service Supervisor reports to the Food Service Operations Manager(s) and is responsible for ensuring the location or zone is adequately stocked, prepped, and staffed for daily operation, overseeing operational duties, supporting prep and item lists, and actively assisting in service to ensure smooth operations. This role involves coaching employees, responding to guest feedback, maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards, and supporting personnel duties like training and performance reviews.
