Join our team and be a part of the change! The main purpose of this position is to supervise food service workers in a large food service operation and satellite dining areas. The main responsibility is ensuring adherence to regulatory food safety and sanitation requirements, to include, but not limited to, Central Kitchen operations, production, tray line, patient services, and all other required functions within the department.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
• Two years of experience in food production or service for a large scale food service operation.
• Employees in this classification are subject to call-in and, therefore, will be required to provide the employing agency with a telephone number where they can be reached.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with reports regarding food service operation.
• Experience with food service policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Experience with inspecting food service facilities, equipment, and operations to evaluate compliance with the standards of sanitation, quality and efficiency.
