About The Position

Performs a variety of food and guest service duties under general supervision. This position includes the following roles, which will vary by facility need: patient meal tray assembly and delivery, cashier, food assembly, food serving, and cleaning. Join our dynamic Cafe team where you'll have the opportunity to work as part of a three-person team supporting the Bistro from 4pm-2:30am working collaboratively to maintain smooth operations. Requirements

Food Handler Permit or ServSafe certification is required by first day of work
One or more year of experience in food service
Active Listening

Responsibilities

Maintains food, beverage & supply inventory
Independently resolves customer service issues.
Performs accurate cash/credit transactions according to corporate standards.
Balances and reconciles drawer.
Follow and execute established recipes, rotate between multiple service stations throughout the shift
Safely operate and clean equipment including grills, flat top, fryer, ovens, and espresso machines.
Maintains proper quantities of production with appropriate rotation of product.
Performs housekeeping functions including cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, floor care, dishes, and equipment (oven, fryer, hoods).
Follows HACCP standards.
