Responsibilities
- Helps with the preparation of food.
- Performs heavy manual, extensive cleaning activities.
- Set up steam lines, food carts, and special diet trays.
- Operates dishwasher and stores clean dishes.
- Practice good personal and food sanitation regulations and report unsafe conditions.
- Collect and dispose of garbage.
