About The Position

We are seeking a proactive B2B Sales Representative who will be instrumental in expanding our presence within the food service and restaurant sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the food industry, and the ability to build relationships that lead to increased sales and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Proven B2B sales experience, specifically in the food service or restaurant industry.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share within the food service and restaurant industry.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with decision -makers in restaurants, hotels, cafes, and other food service establishments.
  • Conduct regular client visits to promote our products/services and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Understand the specific needs of food service providers and offer customized solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including customer service and product management, to enhance service delivery.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales activity, revenue, and market penetration.
