Your role: You’re not just selling — you’re building partnerships. As our Food Service Sales Rep, you’ll drive growth by: Pursuing new business and turning prospects into raving fans. Managing relationships like a pro — solving problems, sharing insights, and keeping our customers ahead of the curve. Collaborating with procurement, operations, and our incredible customer success team to deliver on-point solutions. Staying sharp on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies. Hitting your goals — and then setting new ones. Your Impact: Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify potential customers, initiate contact, and foster strong, ongoing relationships.   • Passion for the Food Industry: A deep appreciation for food and a commitment to delivering quality products to clients.
  • Proven Sales Experience: 2+ years of experience in foodservice or perishable product sales — you know your way around a kitchen AND a spreadsheet.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Goal-Oriented: A self-starter mindset with the hustle to back it up.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (we use HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
