This is a unique opportunity to join a growing, dynamic company where your sales leadership can make a measurable impact in the Greater Los Angeles / Southern California market We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager based in the Greater Los Angeles / Southern California area to oversee and grow distributor and broker relationships in this territory. You will be responsible for driving profitable growth, expanding Bridor’s market presence, and leading strategic initiatives with key accounts. This role requires sales expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently from a home office while traveling extensively (50–70%) within your territory

Requirements

  • 5–15 years of progressive sales experience in bakery or foodservice, preferably selling consumable products to the foodservice industry
  • Proven ability to deliver aggressive sales results
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to plan, execute, and evaluate strategic marketing and sales initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and BRC standards
  • Ability to work independently from a home office and travel extensively (50–70%) within Southern California

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop distributor and broker relationships in the Greater Los Angeles / Southern California market to drive new business opportunities
  • Develop annual business plans for assigned accounts, maximizing sales and profitability
  • Build and maintain contacts at multiple levels within customer organizations to influence decisions
  • Identify, develop, and execute new opportunities to grow Bridor’s sales and profits
  • Utilize market knowledge and key relationships to gain access to potential new customers
  • Sell more to existing customers while expanding the customer base
  • Analyze category, industry, and competitive trends to proactively recommend strategies
  • Initiate, communicate, and oversee major projects, product rollouts, and promotions
  • Recruit and manage brokers when necessary to achieve sales objectives in the assigned territory
