Learn more at GCE.org. Overview The primary duty of the Food Service Quality Manager is the performance of work directly related to the general business operations of GCE. The Manager’s duties will include handling the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives in the Food Services division. This individual is responsible for assisting management in the oversight and management of assigned contracts. This position is responsible for safely overseeing and performing duties as detailed in the PWS or other contracted services. Quality customer service is expected to be provided to the customer at all times. Knowledge and willingness to learn all aspects of the job is a requirement of the position.

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a related field.
  • Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in planning, composition, and delivery of training to the workforce.
  • Must have experience with delivering training and conducting audits.
  • Must have experience with data analysis and trending and data-driven decision making.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
