This includes, but is not limited to human resources, operations, IT and data management, facilities guidance, fundraising, grant management, college access, alumni relations, charter development and renewal, and compliance. The ideal Food Service Operations Manager is passionate about the mission and commitments of PUC National and demonstrates this through leadership, reflection, and collaboration to ensure client success. The Food Service Operations Manager supports the operation of the School Nutrition Program by overseeing meal program compliance, kitchen operations, procurement, training, and administrative functions. This position ensures that all nutrition programs operate efficiently and comply with federal, state, and local regulations while supporting school sites in delivering high-quality meals to students.
