About The Position

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking for a Food Service Manager to support our Food Service Team in Indianapolis, IN. As a Food Service Site Manager you will plan, guide and execute contracted services for a single client and/or a client outlet normally generating up to a $1M in revenue to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs. Depending on the client, services are primarily food service but can occasionally include facility support, custodial services, and more. The Food Service Site Manager is a key operations leader responsible for developing and executing service solutions to meet customer needs and tastes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree level education highly preferred in an area of Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management.
Prior experience in the service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment, including managing teams is required.
Strong interpersonal, analysis, and decision-making skills.
