Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative, high-quality gourmet menus that meet the standards of our establishment
  • Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient and consistent food preparation and presentation
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering, and maintaining food safety standards
  • Collaborate with management to plan special events and menu offerings that enhance guest satisfaction
  • Monitor food costs and optimize operational efficiency to meet financial targets
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold cleanliness standards in the kitchen
