The Food Service Lead position reports to Food Service Supervisor(s) and Food Service Operations Manager(s) and is responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of food service locations, including stocking, prepping, and staffing. This role involves supporting restaurant prep, meeting service and safety standards, and actively responding to guest and client feedback to ensure a positive experience.
