Job Summary and Qualifications Responsible for dishwashing and other sanitation and cleaning duties for the Dietary department. Requirements

Must be able to read and write and follow verbal and written instructions.
Essential function of the job includes: Walking and standing daily, carrying and pushing up to 50 lbs., ability to grasp, requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range, hand-eye coordination, manual and finger dexterity.
OSHA BLOOD BORNE CATEGORY III.

Responsibilities

Cleaning pots, pans and other dishes
Run the dish machine
Maintains clean and orderly work areas
Empty trash in dietary and the dining room
Performs housekeeping and sanitation tasks in dietary
Deliver food trays to the units
Pick up trays on the units
Sets up and monitors serving areas
Cleans and restocks dining room
Stocks pantry- puts up grocery items
Cleans kitchen and dining room floors
Adheres to hospital polices and procedures
Demonstrates an understanding of and adherence to the Code of Conduct
Conduct reflects the Company's values and a commitment to the Code of Conduct
Performs other duties as requested or required
