This position plays a vital role in supporting the Culinary Services Department’s mission: “To make a difference in the lives of those we serve every day through exceptional customer service and outstanding food.” The incumbent is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, utensils, cookware, and food service equipment using manual and mechanical methods. This role supports food preparation and service across the facility, contributing to a safe, sanitary, and efficient kitchen and dining environment. Additional responsibilities are performed as needed to support the department's goals. Work schedule: 1:30 pm - 10 pm with variable weekends
