This position performs a vital role in ensuring the fulfillment of the Culinary Services Department’s Mission: “To make a difference in the lives of those we serve every day through exceptional customer service and outstanding food”. Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and equipment through manual and machine cleaning methods. Performs other related duties to achieve departmental goals. Schedule: 1:30 pm - 10:30 pm
