About The Position

The Food Service Associate (Production) assists with tray line assembly, cold production, plating food items and dish room activities in assigned area(s).

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Oklahoma Food Handler's permit.
• Minimum 6 months of related experience, preferred.
• Effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to accept direction and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Works in assigned area(s) assisting with tray line assembly, cold production, plating food items and dish room activities.
• Follows and ensures departmental standards of safety and sanitation.
• Keeps the work area clean and participates in cleaning duties to meet required sanitation standards.
• Adheres to department policy, and wears designated uniform.
• Demonstrates good personal hygiene and accepts direction.
• Follows safety practices, cost awareness and adheres to schedule and assigned break periods.
