Rotate between tasks throughout the day — you might portion materials, seal containers, label boxes, or stack finished products on pallets for shipping. Don’t worry — we’ll train you on each step. Keep things moving as you stay on your feet, working with your hands and staying alert in a fast-paced environment where efficiency and accuracy matter. Stick to safety and cleanliness standards — you’ll wipe down surfaces, follow food-safe handling procedures (when needed), and make sure everything stays neat, clean, and compliant. Work as part of a team — communication and collaboration are key as you help meet daily goals and support your coworkers. Requirements

  • No experience required but you must have a strong willingness to learn new skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions carefully and ensure products are packaged accurately and consistently.
  • Understands and follows safety procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Works well with others in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Capable of working efficiently to meet production quotas and deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or packaging environment.
  • Forklift experience is a plus—but we’ll train you if you need it!
  • Ability to count, measure, and perform simple calculations related to packaging and inventory.
