GENERAL OVERVIEW: Performs a variety of Food Service and administrative tasks and assists in the supervision of Food Service Associates. Will assemble and delver trays, assist in clean-up , operate a cash register and complete special assignments as provided by or directed by a manager. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Performs Food Service Tasks as scheduled (30%) Trains new hires. (25%) Provides oversight in absence of manager to make sure tasks are completed. (20%) Completes assignments as designated by manager. (10%) Demonstrates knowledge of department polices and procedures. (10%) Completes closing checklist. (5%) Other duties as assigned.
