This role involves working with food & beverage supplies, adhering to Food Server Standards of Excellence, and interacting with team members, other staff, and residents. Key duties include cleaning and sanitizing work areas and equipment, operating a dishwasher, washing pots and pans, bussing dishes, loading/unloading food carts, and sweeping/mopping floors. Requirements

Must be able to move at least 50 lbs.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position.
Must be able to stoop and kneel depending on the job.
Must be able to reach and lift kitchen equipment.
Must be able to navigate/move about the facility to deliver meals and take meal orders.

Responsibilities

Will work with food & beverage supplies including small trays, carafes, coffee pots, plates, silverware, dishes and glassware.
Adheres to and applies all Food Server Standards of Excellence.
Ability to interact with team members, other staff and residents.
Clean work area and equipment; clean and sanitize kitchen after each meal; and assigned daily cleaning.
Following posted schedule for cleaning major equipment, work areas, and storage areas.
Operate dishwasher and disposes of trash.
Washes, clean and sanitize pots & Pans.
Busses dishes, trays, and food for dining rooms.
Loads, unloads, and cleans food carts.
Sweep and mop floors.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
