POSITION SUMMARY: Performs assigned Food Service duties to ensure that requested and required foods are provided on schedule and are pleasing and palatable to patients of all ages and all other customers, and in the preparation of foods in accordance with State and Federal guidelines, Hospital infection control procedures and department standards to ensure protection from contamination, cross-contamination, and food borne illness
