Assist the commissary and food truck staff in preparation and assembly of food products and supplies needed for the food truck and nutrition sites. Set up for service and break down at end of service of food items. Operate a POS, take food orders, and assist with food distribution. Utilize proper cash handling procedures. Assist in daily cleaning and sanitation of food truck and commissary equipment, pots, pans, utensils, floors and refrigeration units. This is a Per Diem Position,
