About The Position

As a Food Server at Stripsteak in Mandalay Bay, you’ll deliver an elevated dining experience in this acclaimed steakhouse known for its modern approach to classic steakhouse cuisine. You’ll guide guests through their meal by taking and delivering orders with precision, maintaining polished tables, and ensuring every detail contributes to exceptional guest satisfaction. From finalizing checks to completing side work and maintaining an immaculate station, your professionalism and attentive service help create the refined, memorable experience that defines Stripsteak.

Requirements

• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays required
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• 5+ Years of prior relevant Food and Beverage experience in a high paced environment with food service experience preferred
• Previous experience as a server in an upscale dining or similar fine dining restaurant environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome
• Knowledgeable of selling techniques and service delivery of menu items of every course and both non and alcoholic beverages
• Maintain table cleanliness utilizing a silent service approach
• Itemize bills correctly and efficiently secure payment
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations, tables and Point of Sale (POS) stations
• Anticipate the guests’ needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency
• Communicate with management, chefs and culinary staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other employees
