About The Position

As a TAP Food Server, you will set the stage for an exceptional guest experience by accurately taking and delivering food orders, while maintaining a clean and organized service area. By understanding our guests’ unique stories and needs, you'll create memorable WOW moments that leave a lasting impression well beyond their visit.

Requirements

• Provides exceptional service and takes pride in their work.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and effectively manages multiple tasks at once.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Brings previous experience as a Food Server in a fast-paced restaurant environment (preferred)
• Must be 19 years of age or older
• 5 + plus years of prior relevant experience in a high-paced environment with food service

Responsibilities

• Welcome guest with a warm, friendly demeanor to create a positive and inviting first impression
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items, including all courses and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage
• Keep assigned areas, including side stations, tables and POS stations, clean, organize and well-stocked
• Communicate effectively with management, culinary staff, and team members to address guest request and ensure seamless service
