About The Position

Clemens Food Group offers a rare opportunity to work at speed, at scale, and with real ownership. This role is ideal for a Food Scientist who wants hands-on responsibility, broad exposure, and the chance to see their work move quickly from idea to commercial reality. If you enjoy solving complex problems, working cross-functionally, and learning through execution, this role delivers. You will own product development work from concept through commercialization, supporting innovation and continuous improvement across the protein portfolio. Your decisions will directly influence product quality, manufacturability, cost, and customer satisfaction. This role operates in an environment where speed matters and ambiguity is normal. You will not be handed step-by-step instructions. You will be expected to think critically, adapt quickly, and solve problems as they arise. The reward is seeing your work on shelves and knowing you owned the outcome. Within one year, you are expected to be a trusted technical partner across teams and to have contributed to multiple product launches. This role builds a foundation for future growth across R&D, FSQA, Operations, or technical leadership paths.
