BLOOM INTERNSHIP PROGRAM OVERVIEW Bloom is MANE’s internship initiative that provides college students with valuable, hands-on industry experience while supporting our business needs. It’s designed to help interns develop their skills, knowledge, and network as they “bloom” into the professionals they aspire to be. GROWTH-FOCUSED Our internship program is committed to your personal and professional growth. Through engaging, real-world projects and collaboration with peers and mentors, you’ll gain essential skills and insights in the flavor/fragrance industry. The Food Safety Intern will work closely with members of a dynamic Food Safety team to build upon skills and gain practical experience. Daily Food Safety support tasks to support key projects will vary.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Individuals should have completed a minimum of their first semester of college.

Responsibilities

• Implementing GMP and HACCP best practices in a manufacturing environment
• Risk analysis data and samples collections
• Risk assessment support and reporting
• Hands-on compliance ratios and reporting for our teams
• Auditing and supporting best practices for GMP-related tools, equipment, and inventory
• Other duties as assigned by our Food Safety team
