About The Position

In this role, you champion safe, effective operations and supervise quality practices across manufacturing—always in partnership with a cooperative team. You uphold GMP policies, complete food safety and GMP training, and immediately escalate any food safety concern. Working alongside managers and supervisors, you help set and enforce quality discipline and training. You also ensure quality complaints are documented precisely and that preventative controls are put in place. What you will do Develop, implement, and administer quality policies and procedures for all employees. Design and deliver comprehensive quality training programs across the plant. Drive corrective actions with the Production Manager and HR Manager to meet and sustain quality and production standards. Conduct sanitation and quality control audits; report results to the Plant Manager, HR Manager, Shipping Manager, and Production Managers; implement corrective actions. Maintain current inspection reports, files, quality programs, and samples. Organize and facilitate quality committee meetings to engage employees at every level. Implement and sustain the company Pest Control Program and GFSI/SQF programs that meet customer requirements. Oversee development, implementation, review, and maintenance of the SQF System, including food safety fundamentals in SQF Code 7.2, and act to protect system integrity. Communicate essential SQF information to relevant personnel to ensure effective implementation and maintenance. Serve customers by answering questions, building relationships, and partnering with corporate customer service. Collect, organize, analyze, and report process data to internal teams and external customers. Provide technical guidance to support departments (ink making, paste making, and graphics) for process improvements and environmental compliance. Lead plant-wide Continuous Improvement reporting, activities, and training. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Collaborate across departments to ensure procedures are consistently upheld for production, quality, and food safety.
