Position Summary The Food Runner is responsible for delivering food orders quickly and accurately from the kitchen to guests or designated service areas. This role ensures smooth communication between the kitchen and front-of-house teams, maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced festival environment. This is a seasonal role from September 17, 2025 and will end on January 17, 2026. This role will pay an hourly rate of $15.00 and is tip eligible This position will remain open until December 19, 2025.

Requirements

Previous food runner, server assistant, or hospitality experience preferred
Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to carry trays/food items and stand for extended periods
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Knowledge of food handling and safety practices a plus

Responsibilities

Deliver food orders from kitchen to guests or assigned service areas promptly
Verify order accuracy and presentation before delivery
Assist with setup, stocking, and maintaining cleanliness of service areas
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and managers to ensure smooth workflow
Collect and return used dishes, trays, and utensils to designated areas
Support staff with restocking and basic cleaning as needed
Follow all company, venue, and festival safety and sanitation guidelines
