Requirements

• Strong communication skills to coordinate with servers and kitchen staff

• Good memory for table numbers, seating charts, and menu items
• Attention to detail when checking food accuracy and presentation
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Comfortable carrying multiple plates, trays, or heavy items
• Quick, steady movement in tight or crowded spaces

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately
• Check plates for correct items, modifications, and presentation before leaving the kitchen
• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to keep service flowing smoothly
• Assist with table maintenance, including clearing plates, refilling water, and resetting tables
• Support the kitchen by running dishes, grabbing supplies, and helping with expo when needed
• Answer guest questions about menu items or help find the right person who can
• Maintain cleanliness in service stations, food pass areas, and dining spaces
• Other responsiblities can be added or removed via mangement request
