About The Position

Hotel Park City , member of Autograph Collection Hotels by Marriott International, located in Park City, UT -- is seeking Food Runners for our Bandannas Restaurant. Food Runners are a pivotal support role for the service and kitchen teams helping to create and contribute to the overall customer experience in the restaurant.

Requirements

• Remaining calm in an often hectic and fast-paced atmosphere.
• Demonstrating a high level of organization, and attention-to-detail.
• Displaying a positive and outwardly friendly attitude toward guests and co-workers.
• Must have, or be able to obtain, a Utah Food Handler Permit

Responsibilities

• Safely transport prepared food from the kitchen to tables, ensuring presentation and temperature are maintained.
• Assist servers by delivering food orders efficiently and accurately to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, ensuring all food handling standards are met.
• Clearing dirty tables / Setting tables with proper set-ups and glassware, and restocks server stations.
• Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by management.
• Stocking products.
• Support servers and other team members throughout the shift to ensure guest satisfaction.
