The Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a passionate Food Runner for our restaurant Proof! The Food Runner is the heartbeat of the dining experience, supporting servers by delivering dishes with care and ensuring the dining experience is polished and welcoming. They’re the vital link between the front and back of the house, ensuring every guest enjoys seamless, attentive service. Proof, an American Canteen, is a lively three-meal restaurant inspired by America’s culinary heritage and the historic Route 66. Requirements

Customer service skills: Friendly and attentive interaction with guests.
Communication skills: Clear and effective communication with both guests and team members.
Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, especially during peak hours.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
Food handling knowledge: Understanding of basic food safety procedures.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changing situations and demands in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.

Responsibilities

Delivering food orders to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
Assisting with clearing used plates, glassware, and silverware, and resetting tables with clean linens and tableware
Refilling water glasses and beverages, stocking supplies, and assisting with other tasks as needed by servers or other staff.
Greeting guests, providing menus, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Keeping the dining area, service stations, and potentially the kitchen clean and organized.
Collaborating with other staff members to ensure efficient service and a positive work environment.
