About The Position

Responsibilities

Make raving fans of the five major groups of people we do business with by communicating with managers, servers, and hosts and assisting them in their duties.
Report to work on time as indicated on the work schedule.
Ensure uniform meets restaurant requirements and is maintained and cleaned.
Practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all work shifts.
Exemplify hospitality standards.
Answer guests' questions about the restaurant.
Handle requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority.
Cooperate with management and co-workers to assist others with duties, if needed.
Communicate suggestions for improvement in a positive fashion.
Follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines as specified by the restaurant.
Report potentially unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly.
Know emergency procedures in the restaurant.
Perform all duties and maintain knowledge of all standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook.
