About The Position
Elephant East is the sublime Pan Asian restaurant from Harwood Hospitality Group. It is an adventurous escape from the ordinary by the experiential and design-driven Harwood Hospitality Group. Food Runners assist the wait staff by delivering food to guests. They are responsible for ensuring the dish is presented correctly and required to answer any questions about the food. They are aware of any changes in the menu and are knowledgeable about the items being served. They deliver an excellent fine-dining experience by providing great customer service.
