Requirements

• Previous customer service/hospitality/restaurant experience, preferably in a fine-dining setting.
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously, such as running food, refilling drinks, and clearing tables.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with staff and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, especially during busy service periods.
• Required food and alcohol certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to tables promptly, addressing guest needs and answering questions.
• Ensure orders match tickets before delivery to avoid mistakes.
• Safely carry trays and handle hot or heavy items.
• Communicate special requests, dietary needs, and order delays to the kitchen and staff.
• Support team members to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.
