JOB SUMMARY: The primary responsibility of the runner is to expedite all food orders taken by the bartenders and food servers to the guest quickly. The food runner is responsible for maintaining a genuine, cheerful demeanor while always representing the Caesar’s brand positively.

Requirements

Work requires 6 months’ previous food server / running experience.
Work requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner.
Must present a neat and professional appearance.
Work requires interactions with customers, the public and co-workers.
Work requires teamwork with other staff members.
Extensive knowledge of food and beverage products.
Ability to perform basic/intermediate math skills.
Ability to read, write, and understand English.
Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with guests, staff, and management.
Knowledge, understanding and compliance of policies and procedures, job descriptions, daily memorandums, chemical labels and other instructions.

Responsibilities

Serve food in a timely manner.
Ensure food order is correct before serving the guests.
Monitor tables closely and be attentive to guests’ needs.
Describe in detail the preparation methods and ingredients of all the menu items.
Carry multiple dishes (up to 3 at one time) in one hand without tray service.
Passionately informs guests about Gordon Ramsay, his history, and current business endeavors.
Refresh flatware after each course or upon guest request.
Maintain a clean and organized work area/station.
Ensure work area/station is clean and stocked at all times.
Ability to work from a standing position for extended periods of time.
