Specific Job Functions: Ensure proper flatware and appropriate plates are on table prior to food being delivered Pick up order allowing for proper distribution. Condiments will be delivered before or at the time the food is served Present each item and confirm guest satisfaction and offer any additional services Serve ladies first, repeat with men, end with host All food should be served from the right with the right hand Refresh all beverages, and offer to replenish cocktail order Ensure tables are properly set, side stations are clean, and side work is properly completed Assist with initial guest complaints and inform manager on duty immediately Maintain side stations in a clean and orderly manner Maintain prescribed par stock levels in side stations Pre-bus tables as guest's finish their dish Assist with proper stock rotation Keep dining room floor clean and free of excess debris/liquids at all times Polish Silverware Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department
