Position Overview: The Food Runner is crucial in maintaining the flow between the kitchen and the dining room to ensure guests receive their meals as promptly and accurately as possible. This position requires an individual who is efficient, detail-oriented, and dedicated to presenting food according to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Key Qualifications: Proven ability to deliver food promptly and accurately to the correct guests by table and position numbers. Available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Capable of safely transporting multiple plates and beverages in a single trip. Skilled in using and operating necessary restaurant tools and equipment efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, to effectively follow job instructions. Ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Comfortable working in areas with variable noise levels and temperature conditions. Physically capable of moving up to 50 pounds and able to stand and walk for an entire shift, including navigating through potentially challenging areas.
